Our Services

One stop solution for your product needs

Our Design and Engineering Services offer advanced rapid prototyping solutions, including FDM for durable prototypes and SLA for high-detail models. We provide Vacuum Casting for low-volume production with excellent material properties, and Vacuum Foaming for lightweight, complex components. These technologies enable efficient design validation, reduced development time, and cost-effective manufacturing, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to final product across diverse engineering and industrial applications.

Industrial Design

Industrial design is where form meets purpose. While designers often focus on how a product looks, feels, and functions, their true impact stretches far beyond the surface—shaping how people connect with and experience the things they use every day.

From the chair you sit on to the phone in your hand, nearly every object in your life is the result of intentional design. Through a thoughtful, human-centered process, industrial designers make choices—big and small—that elevate everyday experiences into something meaningful.

SLA

Stereolithography apparatus (SLA) produces 3D printed parts by curing photopolymer resins with light. It is more accurate and produces smoother surfaces than some other 3D printing technologies, yet it is quick.

FDM

Filament 3D Printing is a cost-effective, versatile method for producing robust prototypes and parts, making it ideal for a wide range of applications across industries.

Vacuum Casting

Vacuum casting in polyurethane is quick, versatile and cost-effective for producing small quantities of high-quality, detailed parts. These typically simulate parts injection moulded from engineering plastics or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) materials. Vacuum casting is also ideal for overmolding.

Thermo Forming

Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, where a sheet of plastic in various forms of High Impact Polystyrene Sheet (HIPS) for low impact products, or ABS for high impact products and HDPE for exterior vehicle parts, plus various other types of vacuum formable materials) is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mould, and forced against the mould by a vacuum.

CNC Milling

A computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine is a mill that uses computer code to understand where to make cuts. Like all milling machines, a CNC mill produces a final piece by carving away from a block of material versus adding layers of material to a blank slate.

Physical
mock-Up

A physical mockup is a tangible, 3-dimensional representation of a product  or design used for visualization, evaluation , and communication purpose, especially when the functionality of the final product is not yet needed can be made with any material like MDF, WPC, Hard Wood, Styrofoam etc.
